• Late payments are subject to processing fees as outlined on the invoice.
• Clients are liable for settling all invoices, including any additional fees for delayed payments.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by User:

• You may cancel your booking with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation by VONFIDEL K9:

• If we need to cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days, though additional time may be required depending on your payment method.

6. Safety and Liability
At VONFIDEL K9, we take every precaution in the handling, transport, and training of your dog(s). However, by engaging our services, you agree that:

• You will not hold VONFIDEL K9 liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from our services.
• This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or illnesses that may occur during training sessions, transport, or boarding.
