Cancellation by User You may cancel your service booking with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the specific service engagement.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days, though additional time may be required depending on your payment method.
