3. Enquiries, applications, and assessment

Submitting an enquiry or dog training application does not guarantee acceptance, admission, availability, pricing, outcome, or a specific training programme. VONFIDEL K9 may decline, defer, or redirect a case where the scope, safety, welfare, handler capacity, or operational requirements are not appropriate.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the dog, household, behavioural history, health status, bite or conflict incidents, prior training, and the environment in which reliability is expected.

4. Training engagements

Training engagements are assessment-led and depend on the dog's temperament, health, history, owner capability, safety concerns, and the outcome required. Programme names, timelines, handover expectations, and fees are confirmed only after sufficient review.

  • VONFIDEL K9 may recommend assessment, consultation, training, management, referral, or no engagement.
  • Training results depend on the dog, owner follow-through, environment, consistency, and post-training handling.
  • No dog training provider can guarantee permanent behaviour change where owner responsibility, health, genetics, environment, or handling do not support the work.

5. Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for lawful ownership, accurate disclosure, veterinary care, safe handling, post-training maintenance, supervision, and decisions made after handover. Instructions given by VONFIDEL K9 must be followed responsibly and within the client's legal and practical environment.

For dogs with aggression, bite history, escape risk, guarding behaviour, anxiety, or instability, clients must not stage confrontations, test the dog, or increase risk before professional assessment.

6. Dog health, welfare, and safety

Clients must disclose known medical conditions, medication, injuries, diet requirements, vaccination status, reproductive status, behavioural risks, and any welfare concern relevant to safe handling or training.

VONFIDEL K9 may require veterinary clearance, updated records, modified handling, programme changes, or withdrawal from engagement where welfare or safety requires it.

7. Fees, scheduling, and cancellations

Fees, payment schedules, consultation charges, programme costs, boarding or transport arrangements, cancellation terms, and rescheduling conditions may vary by case and will be communicated during engagement. A booking, consultation, or programme place may require confirmation, payment, or written acceptance.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, incomplete information, or changes in scope may affect availability, fees, or the next step recommended by VONFIDEL K9.

8. Communications, media, and privacy

Clients may contact VONFIDEL K9 by phone, email, WhatsApp, website form, or other agreed channels. Information shared with VONFIDEL K9 is handled in line with the Privacy Policy.

Any use of photos, videos, testimonials, updates, or training media will be handled according to the permissions, operational requirements, and privacy expectations agreed for the engagement.

9. Limitations and third-party services

VONFIDEL K9 is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment systems, messaging services, maps, embedded forms, social media channels, or external content linked from the website. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VONFIDEL K9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable loss arising from website use, incomplete disclosure, owner handling, third-party services, or failure to maintain training after handover.
